The depth problem is not the same as the scale problem. The dept + scale is a completely different problem.
No Domain-level marketing or belonging infrastructure
It takes some time for even 10+ year’s domain specialists to say – Yes, we are Banking or Drug Discovery etc and then X (their technical title) instead of just X. There is no community, shared identity and sense of belonging to the domain.
